( Not everyone eat or can eat the same) Customer service crew was amazing Lina, Talita, William and Raphael. "Ao chegar e tentar fazer o check-in, o funcionário da recepção não foi nada cordial. Pediu para eu aguardar porque o sistema estava atualizando. Eu esperei por quase 20 minutos. Depois, ele disse que não encontrava minha reserva. Pediu para eu preencher um formulário e pediu para tirar cópia do meu documento de identidade. Certamente desconfiando na minha integridade. Após mais de 15 minutos, ele solicitou que eu enviasse cópia do voucher da reserva. Eu enviei uns prints do meu celular. Após quase 40 minutos, eu finalmente consegui subir para o quarto. Eu estava acompanhando e foi extremamente constrangedor. Passados dois dias, tenho recebido mensagens via whats do hotel me cobrando, novamente, a apresentação de voucher sob argumento de que enviei apenas prints de tela. Estou achando esta situação toda um absurdo! Um incômodo desnecessário. "

"Well, you will get yourself a room, my case was a single bedroom inside the eSuites hotel. Local staff can only check you in & out. And that will be it! Any inquiries you may have in relation to your stay, got come through another form of comunication, via email or a phone number. With that said either way did not work for me, even when trying to comunicate in the language being spoken. I couldn't get answers to questions as such: wi-fi password and check-in earlier. Poor comunication services. Room was decent, I had to fix the courtains to block light, and get wi-fi from somewhere else connecting every single hour on the clock :("
