Not only were they helpful in providing restaurant recommendations, but they also helped coordinate a tour around the islands (ask for Pedro), taxis to and from different destinations since we didn't rent a car, and just overall were so friendly that it made our stay extra special. "Beautiful location away from downtown, but only 20 minutes drive to the action, shopping and cultural surroundings of ponta Delgada. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with any questions , beautiful surroundings of the mountains from your room very relaxing views. "
