Spoiled Food, Broken Windows.
Booked a single room with a queen bed I was given a room with 3 single beds. They changed to a new room and the window was broken wouldn’t close. It was freezing cold. No blankets. Noise. Didn’t sleep at all. And then to complete my stay I was served spoiled OJ juice at breakfast. Will never go back.

O hotel é muito bom, a localização e estrutura é um diferencial. A única sugestão que posso fazer é no café da manhã: por mais que haja uma máquina de café, vocês vão melhorar muito a experiência dos clientes, principalmente em momentos de grande fluxo, se disponibilizarem uma ou duas garrafas térmica de café coado. Vocês vão agilizar o procedimento de café, deixar os clientes satisfeitos e ganhar em otimização, pois a máquina de café é ótima, mas ela cria um gargalo quando há alta demanda, por conta de sua velocidade de atendimento.
