Ground floor: kitchen / dining room, living room with a beautiful fireplace, and the "imperial" bedroom (1 double bed) with a private bathroom. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 king-size bed), a separate bathroom with shower and wc, and 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with private bathroom & wc. On the second floor, large mezzanine with a relaxation area. Under the covered courtyard there is a terrace with a barbecue area and garden furniture. Outbuildings comprise a laundry room and facilities that can be used to store vegetables and cool drinks. The garden is on several levels and includes an island of 6 ares, with easy access via a small bridge. Small boat available. You will appreciate the traditional restoration of this gîte furnished with local furniture, the murmur of water and the breathtaking view over the river, and the close open-air swimming pool (in July and August). Must-be-seen in Sanxay: the important Gallo-Roman sanctuary comprising a theater and thermal baths. Poitiers, acknowledged as a "Town of art and history", is 30 km away.
