We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Views are amazing from all sections of the hotel. We loved our breakfast outside our room overlooking the caldera.

It was an amazing experiencing staying in this magnidicent hotel with the perfect view. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the breakfast with that fascinating view was wonderful. I highly recommend this place, just be sure to inform the crew in order to help you with your luggages because there are a lot of stairs.

Loved the fact we stayed in the studio apartments close to the top walkway straight out to the shops and restaurants, however they were 100 steps down to pool. It can get a bit noisy with the bar up above with chairs being moved around constantly morning and night but it wasn't often we were in bed before midnight anyway. Staff were BRILLIANT and so helpful & friendly. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Santorini.

We highly recommend The Mill House for several reasons! The staff is AMAZING and very friendly Kelly exceeded our expectations by offering us a night in the room with a jacuzzi, which was wonderful, we were celebrating my birthday and my husband, with Kelly's incredible help, managed to surprise me, she also gave us information about the island. a kind and strong gentleman whose name I don't remember and I am so sorry was the one who carried our heavy luggage up the stairs to our beautiful room for 6 nights. The maids did an excellent job of keeping our room very clean. our delicious breakfast every morning in the west-facing breakfast bar with the most incredible views! The sunset from our room was stunning! again the kind and strong gentleman brought our heavy bags up the stairs! We loved staying at this hotel and will stay here again! fantastic hotel Thank you to everyone who made my birthday so special.

GORGEOUS spot with dining and shopping steps away from the suites. Staff went BEYOND with service and kindness. Room was perfect, perfect temperature, great housekeeping services, and well-appointed. The breakfast served right outside the door next to our private hot tub was a bonus! We WILL be back to Santorini, and we absolutely would stay at Mill Houses again.

This is a bijou boutique hotel with amazing views of the Caldera. The room was small but had everything you needed and we had a lovely terrace with sun loungers and a table and chairs where we had our breakfast every morning. The breakfast you have to order from the pool bar/hatch every morning and is plentiful but little variety. There are no other facilities available such as a restaurant within the hotel but once you climb to the street there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It is a 15 minute stroll/walk along a lovely coastal path to Thira where you have many shops bars and restaurants to choose from. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and friendly and I would recommend this hotel for a lovely relaxing stay.

We were placed in a very noisy part of the hotel far away from the pool and there was disco music most of the night. Next the breakfast was less than adequate. No choices just a tray of food . The pool was marginal . We paid too dollar for a marginal hotel . Too many steps between breakfast and room and pool. I would not recommend this hotel

Overall it was pleasant since it was our very first time in Santorini. However, please do detailed research into properties. Many of the hotels state 4 stars and are definitely not 4 stars! The honeymoon apartment was very spacious so that was a plus. However tv didn’t work 2 days straight, and when it did, there was nothing to watch but 4 working channels. The breakfast included is not worth it… walk down to Galini, pay for breakfast but at least it’s worth it. Pool is tiny and only 4 lounge chairs. The property definitely needs to invest into an upgrade. Santorini is a hot tourist spot, you can’t rate yourself a 4 star and be barely a 3 star.

Hotel bello in ottima posizione. Colazione molto buona servita in un posto splendido. Unico neo la camera che ho scelto (monolocale caldera view) che è posta in una parte bruttissima dell'hotel. La camera è stata deludente. Poi un giorno non è stata pulita la camera e non ho capito se per dimenticanza o per prassi. Il personale comunque è sempre stato molto disponibile e gentile. Giudizio complessivo comunque buono.

We had one of the largest rooms. Needs furniture but the view was simply incredible. Staff was really amazing. Stairs up and down a steep hill each day was a lot but this property is clean, well maintained and friendly.

Hotel Caro y Antiguo, necesita remodelación.

La pieza tenia manchas en el techo (Cafe o Sangre). La puerta del baño no cerraba correctamente. Se cayó una ventana. El telefono no funcionaba y hacia ruidos molestos cada 5 minutos. Indicaban que habia recepción hasta ls 23 horas y a las 22 no había nadie en recepción. Tenía reserva por 3 noches, solo me quede una y me fui a otro hotel.

This is definitely a nice spot to be in… the view is awesome and the hotel is close to everything…but that is all. The room is not up to date, shower drain is clogged, so disappointing. The breakfast was ok but served by a super nice person and kind. The others personal was not friendly nor really helpful. One had even difficulty to understand simple English words like rose wine … not impressed

Fantastisk terasslägenhet

Toppenrum och helt fantastisk utsikt. Avsaknad av bar samt lite mager frukost var det ända som hindrade full pott. Vårt rum med terass var helt enkelt oslagbart när det gäller utsikt.

This review is based on a 1 bedroom suite with jet spa. My partner and I stayed in a suite for two nights with another couple. The suite was very clean and the staff was amazing, however the suite itself is very outdated. There was a curtain separating the bedroom from the two twin size beds in the living room. The bathroom door was so old and outdated that it wouldn’t close and the shower head was hand held. We were initially very excited about the pool and the jet tub however the pool was small snd they only allowed 2 people in it at a time and the tub looked old. Despite all this the service was great, we got to enjoy great views and breakfast on the patio. Would still recommend it but keep in mind that it is not a luxurious unit.
