We stayed for 2 days in August. It was 28 degrees overnight. Our room was clean and neat. The AC was wonderful and super cool. The included breakfast had a great variety and was great each day. The staff were so accommodating and solved any problem we had. The pool was lovely as well. It was a 350m walk to the local supermarket and bus stop. It was a 700m walk to Perissa beach. Overall great place to stay on a budget.

Our stay at Aspro Phos was fantastic and we would return again. All members of the staff team were friendly and helpful - nothing was too mimics trouble. Our room was comfortable and a decent size with tv, fridge, safe and air conditioning - a nice touch to have a robe and slippers! The bathroom was perhaps a little small with small shower space, but that was in no way a deal-breaker! Breakfast was no frills but plentiful and regularly re-stocked - fresh bread, pastries, eggs, fruit, Greek yoghurt, honey, meats, cheese, olives, tomatoes etc. with tea, coffee (which was surprisingly excellent), juice and water. The pool area was superb - with towels available too. The hotel and pool didn’t have a bar as such, but a variety of drinks were available on request. We were also able to book a boat excursion with the team for a very reasonable price. Overall, we had a superb stay in a small, friendly Greek hotel that had a family-run feel to it! 🌟

We found the hotel overall decent considering a discounted price we booked with. We had the split level apartment for two. The hotel is in a sparse area a couple hundred meters from a main street and shops including a bakery and supermarket and the bus stop. If a nice shower is important to you we wouldn’t recommend this accommodation, there is only a meager half partition wall and handheld shower head. The tap water is not very nice to wash with either, quite salty while in other places eg. our next accom in Akrotiri, it wasn’t. Don’t book the split level apartment intending to use the upstairs mezzanine room in summer, despite a downstairs heat pump it’s too warm up the top and we shared a bed downstairs instead. The spaciousness of the split level apartments is fantastic and the balcony enormous and nicely shady in the morning. Breakfast is on the basic not so good end, improved by a very cute resident kitten. Staff, housekeeping, pool and the quiet were great.

This hotel was well situated in a quiet area back from Perissa beach - a short walk around 7 mins to the water. Incredibly friendly staff, nice pool, spacious rooms. Great hotel breakfast and accommodating staff. Also a short walk to the nearby bus stop which made getting around the island without a car easy. Overall, I would recommend staying here whilst in Perissa.

The hospitality of the staff is something that would make me come back to the hotel, they are all very kind and lovely. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom in the suite, very small with a tiny shower and that at busy times there was only cold water and in little quantity.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful and approachable but unfortunately the hotel is in need of repair and updating. Really don’t want to give such poor reviews given staff were so nice but the hotel and grounds were not good. The breakfast was below par. I would not agree it is a 4 star hotel, it is closer to a 2/3 star. This could be a lovely hotel if given some care and attention to update it.

We were 2 families and took a one bedroom and 2 floor unit. The 2 floor unit did not have a tv throughout the stay (children were very unhappy. The Wi-Fi worked sometimes - annoying. The 2 units both had power outages three times. You need to know that the beach is a 15 minute walk away. We had a hard time showering as the shower head was very low. Breakfast was ok but could use more variety.

We stayed in July at Santorini and chose this hotel based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot agree with them. The bathroom has no window and smells rotten due to missing ventilation. The bedroom itself was nice, however there were a few spiders. The pool was green due to the lack of cleaning and care - we could not use it. The breakfast had only few choices and you had to be early as it was not refilled completely. The location itself is nice - only 10 min walk from Perissa beach with lots of nice restaurants. The hotel has potential, but unfortunately it is not cultivated properly

Très bon séjour. Notre logement était à l’étage donc très agréable, même si vue sur alentours négligés. Proche supérette et plage, 10 ou 15 minutes à pied. Bus à proximité mais préférez aller jusqu’au terminus près de l’église. Belle piscine, transats et ombrages. Personnel aimable notamment la demoiselle de l’accueil du matin, très souriante. Hôtel propre et calme. Lits faits tous les jours. Chats et chatons de l’hôtel trop mignons, merci au personnel de mettre à leur disposition nourriture et eau en bouteille car celle du robinet est salée.

Mysigt och trevligt hotell

Överallt var vårat besök väldigt bra. Personalen var snäll och hjälpsam. Rummet var fint och rent överallt men badrummet var litet och det fanns ingen duschdraperi därför var golvet i badrummet alltid blöt. En dag såg vi insekter i sängen men efter det såg ingen. Stämningen i hotellet var mysigt och vi trivdes där.

La struttura potrebbe essere potenzialmente bella, interessante la piscina, carine le stanze, ma poi se si guarda più nel dettaglio: spazzatura abbandonata agli angoli, ragnatele nelle stanze... La colazione è abbondante, ma purtroppo offerta in contenitori sporchi, coperti da campane sporche e per lo più scheggiate, con le pinze poggiate direttamente sul cibo e quindi toccate da tutti. Unica nota positiva sono i due ragazzi della reception, che davvero in fanno in quattro per fare si che possa andare tutto bene, ma purtroppo è da rivedere la struttura e soprattutto la pulizia generale.

Nos 2 nuits était bien, le personnel très gentils, proche de la plage et des rues piétonnes. Seuls petits hic c’est l’insonorisation (on entend les couples s’amuser) et la douche, on met de l’eau partout
