"Property located within 4 minute walk to train station but was perfectly quiet. Didn’t hear any street noise. Hosts are great communicators and even went over and above helping us with on-line Cinque Terre tickets. They communicated throughout our stay to see how they could help. Bed was very comfortable and super clean"

"We had a fantastic time staying at Renata’s beautiful 100+ year old home in La Spezia. Renata was absolutely lovely and took care of us as if we were family. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. The home itself was charming, spotless, cozy, and full of character, while also having everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Communication was easy, and her English was more than enough for us to feel completely at ease. You can truly feel the heart and warmth she puts into hosting. We could not have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting La Spezia — definitely a 5-star stay!"

"The hotel has an excellent location 3 mins walk distance from the train station and make it easy to visit Cinque Terre. The room is very small and difficult to turn around. There is one chair for a twin room. The most difficult part is the bath room is was so small and so packed, the toilet seat is very high, the seat was not in the meddle. toilet is not in the same level as the shower and basin, it should have a yellow or white strip to cause people's attention to avoid an accident."

"The Porto Lotti Suite Hotel has a wonderful marina setting. It's adjacent to the manufacturing facility of super yacht builder, RIVA. There's a wonderful view from the hotel's western edge including a view towards La Spezia. It's a bit of a drive from the city centre so be aware but we found parking in the center quite easy in the several lots. The road to the hotel is a bit tricky so pay attention and once in the gate truly follow the painted line to find your way. The room was nice but 'suite hotel' use is a bit loosely in my opinion. At best our higher priced room was just that a room. Not a suite. Our small balcony was nice to step out on to then I realized we were over the kitchen entry/receiving area with a less than pleasant view. The lighting was quite odd too in that it was either low or as bright as the sun. The bed was quite comfortable and the closet great albeit a proper luggage rack would have been appreciated. The room was clean and otherwise I'd say nice and modern. The baby in the adjacent room was a little issue as the walls are thin and for a while I was concerned about the crying. We had room service one night and frankly we'd regretted it pretty quickly. This kind of small property even though charging luxury prices doesn't have the staff depth to service the rooms properly in my opinion. My wife ordered tea---the water pot was empty! No salt, no pepper. The grilled vegatables had no seasoning. Breakfast"
