The property is not set up to receive prospective guest. Upon arrival to the property no one knew who you were or what you were there for. The process is sit up for newcomer to be taken advantage of as to payment of the rooms and their denial as to whether they are aware of your rental of a room. They force you to repurchase another room at their rate.

terrible..Hotel! first bad experiance!

I reserve this hotel 3 rooms by hotels.com. i arrived there they have a only 2 room. And i go to room..OMG...so terrable room. So dirty. I cancell this hotel...and find other hotel. Be carefull this apartment...so terrable. If i can add some picture of hotel..but i cant....

Bastante aceptable y económico

Deben estar claros que es un apartamento lo que están alquilando, no es un hotel, fui con 2 niños y mi esposa, mucho más amplio que una habitación de hotel, además con cocina, nevera, agua caliente, WiFi, TV con cable y buena vista. Las instalaciones no son nuevas pero todo funciona, ascensor, estacionamiento y es muy cercano a supermercado, heladería, sitios para comer y otros. Relación precio/calidad es lo justo.

Terrible, sucisimo y eso que cobran 20 dolares por limpieza, fatal amueblado y ninguna atención, baste decir que no había agua caliente y ni la arreglaron ni me cambiaron de apartamento por mas quejas que hice.... claro por eso cobran por adelantado...

Just terrible, dirty and unpleasant

Air conditioner didn't work, it was dirty, no staff, stove had only one stove heater working and the microwave didnt work.

hotel aids need a list of basic items to be in place before the traveler arrives. there was no Toilette paper nor was there any soap when I arrived. If this is corrected things should be OK.

Esta pagina deberia estudiar mejor quienes publican, me encanta hotels me ha ido muy bien con usteded, pero este swñor que administra estos apt. Fue de las peores personas que he tratado, la estadia en marbella fue terrible tengo dos hijos pequeños por eso busque aqui por la.comodidad de cocinar, cuando llegue el apt estaba sucio y habia un gato dentro los aires no funcionaban ni el wifi para completar un dia se rompio el.tubo de agua de la cocina y la casa se inundo estuve dos horas recogiendo y porsupuesto el.señor bunca mando reparar me tico fragar la ultima semana en cubeta el administrafor nunca me respondio la llamada cada vez que me dirigia a el fue muy grosero no pude hacer nada porque ya habia pagado 1200 dolares y el.me decia " que ni soñara que ne iba a devolver la.plata" para completar la villa esta en una zona donde hay mucha prostitucion y es una autopista se podran imaginar como eran las noches,

Great location, great parking, room need clean and updated new furniture, refrigerator update,living room couch need to be in garbage is very dirty, rooms strong unpleasant odor, manager try his best to resolve issues but they need to be resolve before guest arrive.

Great view of the malecon

Even though at my arrival the apartment wasn't quite ready, the manager and his people did everything in their power to make it up to me and brought in all that was missing like sheets, towels, pots and pans etc. Very pleasant staff. The doorman at the building was not always readily available and I only had 1 key for 2 people, so I had to count on him to get in. Overall a good experience. I would stay there again.

It's not a hotel. It's a apartment.

The apartment is in a great location with breathtaking views. If they would upgrade it a bit. New shower head, cleaner kitchen, a comforter for each bed it would have definitely made my stay more enjoyable. It's located in the heart of everything. Overall we enjoyed it, but a tad bit of renovation would really make our stay even better

Unglaublich schmutzig und abgewohnt

Telefonnummer inkorrekt, 1 1/2h Warten auf Zimmerschlüssel, Zimmer schmutzig, Haare auf dem Bett und Boden, Viele Dinge im Zimmer defekt, Badezimmer feucht, da von der Decke Wasser lief, Bad sehr scmutzig und abgenutzt, Zimmer wurde erst am nächsten Tag getauscht, Waschmaschine total verdreckt und verschimmelt

No Power no air and no water

it had a really bad experience due to the fact that the power when off 3 times during my stay. No Air not water and it ranged from 1 to up 4 hours one of the times. I was VERY close to leave the place a couple of times and just get a regular Hotel.

The place is nice and convinient. Stayed an extra 4 days it was and is worth it. There is washer and dryer on each floor. Recommend this place 5 stars.

Condo from -ell

The condo did not have hot water and the a/c unit leaked very badly. Travelers stay away from this place you will not enjoy your stay in Santo Domingo. I use hotels.com at least 30-40 times a year, please heed my advise.

The area, Malecon, has most of the major hotel chains, but there was surprisingly little to do. There are not very many restaurants, and very few banks and other services, and very few tourist attractions. The room is in an apartment building, so there is a full kitchen and free laundry on some floors.

No es hotel, ventajas y desventajas

Tenía la incertidumbre de encontrar a alguien que me entregara el apartamento, pues al no ser hotel y no tener recepción, piden que se llame a acordar la hora de llegada y uno de mis vuelos se canceló, por lo que llegué 3 horas tarde, a las 3 de la tarde. Sin embargo, la señorita que entregó el apartamento estaba ahí y fue muy amable. El apartamento está en buenas condiciones y amplio, pero le falta mantenimiento, el aire acondicionado no sirve en la sala, comedor, cocina. La ducha no se podía poner en una posición normal. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. La cafetera aún tenía el café del anterior huésped, una copa aún con vino, eso da mucha desconfianza de todo lo demás, platos, vasos, cubiertos, que por ello no utilicé. El precio es muy bueno y tiene facilidades para trabajar muy bien, linda vista al abrir ventanas (solo algunas funcionan), pues los vidrios están totalmente opacos por falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. En la zona hay restaurantes y tiendas de comestibles muy convenientes. Aunque el vecino es un antro, night club, por lo que hay que tener cuidado y no caminar a altas horas de la noche. La peor desventaja en mi caso fue que al no haber recepción, y aunque la encargada había ofrecido guardar mi maleta, pues requirieron que saliera antes de la hora del ck in que dice en hoteles.com; no apareció y no la pude guardar con alguna seguridad. Es sumamente complicado ir a reuniones de trabajo con el equipaje.

Nice View and Location

This condo is located by restaurants, shopping, casinos, museums, and a cute kids park. You can walk along the malic on and take in a beautiful view from the condo itself. It was ver clean and accessible .
