Other things to note
-Electricity in Santo Domingo is very Expensive, for monthly rentals theres a limit of 100 dollars of electricity consumption, if theres a difference will be charged through separately-.

* No loud music in the units after 10 pm.

* this unit only accommodates (4) guests, if more than 4 stays overnight we will charge $50 per aditional person per night.

* Please remember this is in a residential building, we kindly remind you to please respect our house rules.

* Yellowkey only provides essentials for arrival: basic amenities for your arrival ( shampoo, soap), toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, bottles of water and coffee.

* We do not provide: extra trash bags or cleaning products.

* Alteration requests 7 days or less prior to check-in, will be considered but not necessarily accepted.

*Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.

*Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.
