A very quiet, private and convenient place to stay, located in a secure and charming area, steps from great shopping, cinemas, dining and nightlife. The comunity is roughly bounded by Romulo Betancourt, Nuñez de Caceres and 27 de Febrero avenues.

Close to Mirador Park, where people can be seen here in the early morning in their jogging suits, roller-skating and bicycling through the park. Later in the day a crowd visits the park and it is often filled with mothers and their children. The park was created on a large limestone ridge that is studded with natural caves

The neighborhood is about 10 minutes ride to the tourist attractions that offers the Colonial Zone in Santo Domingo, 30 minutes to Las Americas International Airport and 35 minutes from beach areas.

False advertisement

The condition of the property was so terrible that we ended not staying there. We. Checked in and ended up leaving within an hour of stepping in to the apartment. The place smelled like it moldy as if it had not been in years. One of the couches were broken. The kitchen area was littered with tiny cockroaches. It was a terrible experience . My and I had a really difficult time finding another place to stay with small children.

Good location and neighborhood

While staying in this apartment, I felt safe and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We felt like at home. We saw some wear and tear on the dining room floors and one bedroom curtain was broken. The bathroom shower was half glass then open and it kept the floor wet and flooded the entire time we were there. Which was weird. The half bathroom had plumbing issues because every time we flushed the floor would be wet. We had poor Wi-Fi connection perhaps because of the concrete walls. Other than that, the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. All the appliances worked, we enjoyed the convenience of the elevator, the location was ideal for us because we were visiting family members. We enjoyed the air conditioning rooms, the T.V. In each room and how comfortable the beds were. I felt comfortable, safe and clean as if I was at my home. The property manager and the staff were professional and friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!
