House Rules
We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable and respectful stay. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
Parties or events are not allowed.
A photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required before arrival.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud music or speakers are not permitted at any time.
Lost remotes or keycards will incur a $50 replacement fee.
Damaged or stained towels, sheets, or covers will incur a $30 fee per item.
Social areas are open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Please keep noise to a minimum and respect shared spaces.
Proper attire is required in hallways and common areas.
Smoking and hookah use are not allowed anywhere on the property. A $200 cleaning fee applies for violations.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Late check-out beyond 30 minutes will incur a $50 fee; after 2 hours, an additional night’s fee will apply.
Undeclared guests will be charged $20 per person, per night.
If maintenance or cleaning is required, authorized staff may enter to resolve the issue.
Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
