Loft - 1 Bedroom (upstairs) with Queen size bed, walking closet, 1 bath, and A/C in the bedroom. Spiral Stairs take you downstairs to a Living room with a sofa and TV; WiFi. Dining Table for 4. Kitchen, Refrigerator, no oven, no microwave. Gym. Shared Laundry on premises. Social area with a large shared pool. Just across from Prestigious Restaurants in which bathing is permitted, 5 min. to Ole Supermarket, 20 min. from the International Airport. Aquatic sports for a fee and 10 min walk to the beach on which you find more local restaurants. Best area of Boca Chica.

PLEASE NOTE: As a courtesy to our guests, if there is no damage to the property will refund the $59 for the the property damage deposit in cash at checkout.
