The apartment is clean, bright & cheery. Very well appointed and well designed. The interior of the apartment is cozy and comfortable. It is located on a 3rd floor with no elevator, but the stairs are comfortable and easy to access. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and overall it is well equipped.
It is located near the Colonial Zone, a dynamic district with local-type cafes, lovely restaurants, shops, bars and museums. I am sure you would stay here again and recommend it all around.
Located on a Multi-family residential complex, you will be a guest in a brand new apartment located on a 3rd floor with no elevator.
The terrace and the pool area provide a great view of the Ozama River and the Colonial Zone.
You have at your disposition:
- Gym: You may access the gym 24 hours, you just need to request the access key at the lobby.
- Pool: Open from 8am to 7pm.
- Playground area for children.
- Social Area & BBQ: Must be reserved with anticipation by sending an email to asistenciaxelitercity@chc.do
- (1) Parking.

The property has easy access to the hospital Centro Medico Bellas Artes. It is 6 km away approx. 20 min. drive.
