"Adorable local cottage in a very small town. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Neighbors gave us a walking tour and showed us their garden and taught us history of the area. "

"This is a beautiful property that deserves 5*! If I ever build a house in the Azores, I would love to use your builder. The unit is small, perfect for two people and tastefully decorated. The welcoming basket was a nice touch and Isa couldn’t be more lovely. I only wish we had come in summer as the “winter” weather on this side of the island was a bit blustery, making for less than ideal hiking weather but we persevered. Many thanks!"

" This very old farm house has been tastefully renovated by Miguel, and is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The view from within the Terra Alta house across to St Georges and of the September sunrise is breathtaking and the nearby harbour of Santo Amaro is a real gem. "This property is in a spectacular location overlooking the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. You have to coordinate the resorts ATV transportation but it's we'll with the effort. This is a perfect place to escape so stay at least a few days if not more. You should stop at the grocery store and be fully stocked for meals although you're greeted with homemade bread, local cheese and the owners produced wine. "

"The location was beautiful and the host was very friendly. The apartment was clean and well stocked; however, we booked this location to sleep and to shower and both experiences were sub par. The bed is so hard, it offers little comfort after climbing Mt. Pico. The shower set up is odd, splashing water all over the toilet and provided toilet paper. There was no a/c as advertised and we couldn't locate the washer; however, we didn't look hard. All in all the place was nice, but the bed was the worst we experienced in all of our travels. We're paying for it today. "
