Muy bien

Super bien todo, el hotel es muy sencillo y le falta poquito mantenimiento pero en general x el precio es un super deal y sobretodo es de lo mejorcito de x esa zona y es punto medio de Roca partida y Catemaco. El servicio excelente…. Y lo mejor aman a los animales y son buenos seres humanos xq adoptaron a 2 perritas de la calle…. Regreso sin dudar

Solo mejorar las instalaciones, se ven un poco desgastadas, se les pidió que hubiera agua caliente, ya que llevaba a mi hijo y el le gusta bañarse con ella y no hubo.

En general las instalaciones muy bien y agradables, la limpieza en el baño es lo que no fue buena tienen que poner más atención en esos detalles la regadera fue el lugar donde estaba sucio, los colchones un tanto duros

Hotel was not good. Pillows were very bad. Uncomfortable beds smell bad. Pool was damaged. Location is the only good thing about this place.

Pues les comento el servicii de algunas personas muy malo no servia el elevador y yo llevba conmigo a una persona de la tercera edad los baños de lovi muy sucios la alberca demasiado sucia no le dan mantenimiento todo el piso se esta despegando el unico buen comentario que la habitacion muy limpia y comoda pero todo lo demas deja mucho que desear

Hotel agradable, limpio, céntrico.

Estuvo bien la habitación. Pero por momento, no había luz en los pasillos de los pisos superiores. El hotel no factura el consumo en restaurante. Está ruidoso el aire acondicionado, o sea que para verano se ha de sufrir más que en invierno. Estacionamiento pequeño, pero nos bastó en nuestro caso.

Tomenlo en cuenta

Llegué y no tenían registrada mi habitación, por lo que me ubicaron en una suite que no había agua caliente y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, me cambiaron de habitación y cuando me estaba instalando me dijeron que si podía cambiar de habitación porque una familia que llegó era de 4 integrantes y no cabían , la habitación que me asignaron tenia la puerta de la terraza caída y te congelabas ya que la cama estaba al lado, en fin terminaron dándome a escoger habitación y un descuento.

Looks nice from outside and easy to find.

Overall the hotel is nice. Staff was friendly & brought bottled water for 2 everyday. Total of 4 parking spaces for a 7 floor hotel. Wifi was a joke. Had to request coffee pot and iron. Room was clean & had a balcony

Buena opcion muy limpio

Es una gran opcion en Santiago Tuxtla ya que no hay muchas. Se esmeran en mantener el hotel en muy buenas condiciones y muy limpio solo deberian tratar de poner pantallas y cambiar los aires acondicionados pues son algo antiguos
