Free parking inside the house.
Wonderful terrace on the roof for family gatherings, 3 gazebos and large pool, Bloothooth lamps, shower, Grill for barbecue.

Good neighborhood, quiet and safe, decent. We are very close to the largest shopping center in Santiago, COLINAS MALL, and all kinds of shops, such as TIENDA LA SIRENA, the largest department store,
For transportation we have Caribbean tours transportation stations, Espinal Transport, to reach any part of the country.
We are 20 minutes from the airport.
This apartment is located in the most important commercial area of Santiago, between the main avenues 27 de Febrero and Estrella Sadhala.
Very good restaurant, Discotec, excellent in transportation.
