I left after the first day and was promised a refund from the property manager of which I have not received as yet. I recommend this property be removed from Expedia. I wrote my name is grease on the kitchen cabinets, the cook wear had to years old, the pillows were dirty, the shower heads broken and was locked out of the building the very first night and had to buzzed in by a neighbor because no one I called had any interest in helping me get back in.. The worst property ever

Excelente experiencia. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, camas confortables, el apartamento es bien amplio y permite tener buena área de recreación, tanto en el comedor, como en la sala y en el balcón. Tiene buen sistema de seguridad. Como mejoras: Agregar aire acondicionado a la habitación No. 3, que no tiene. Y el aire de las otras dos habitaciones podría enfriar un poco más (hay que revisarlos). Adicional equiparía la habitación No. 3 con camas tipo camarote ya que a veces los niños no les gusta dormir juntos en la misma cama. Por todo lo demás, muy buen alojamiento y definitivamente volvería con mi familia.

The second night we was not able to get into the property, the gate was locked and nobody was there to assist, we end in pay an hotel that night we talk to the owner and they apologize and told us they going to reembolse the money (never happens)

This apartment is gorgeous! its huge, alot of space for a big family . 10 min from the airport 10 min from the munumento which is the highlight of the city of santiago. close to all shopping and restaurants. loved it!! will recommend to others! and i will be back to it too!

Worst Experience Ever

I made a reservation for March, and the person in charge of the place said that he thought it was for April. Really? You get a notification with every reservation from Expedia!! zero communication, and I wander the streets with my 3 kids in a foreign country. Not happy ! Bad experience.
