Good hotel for last camimo walk!

Great location to Santiago de Compostela.And bathtub & price are also good for pilgrims. Menu at the restaurant is 10euro.Really delicious.

Musty Smell causes allergic reaction

This was the second time I had stayed here. This time, the room smelled musty and I immediately started sneezing. I think there was was mold in the walls or something. Breathing was not as easy inside the room as it was outside. The rest of the building seemed fine.

Recepcionista nada profesional y menos amable

La habitación estaba limpia y era bastante cómoda pero tuvimos la mala suerte de que estaba enfrente del ascensor por lo cuál tuvimos que escuchar ruídos de maletas de madrugada puesto que éste hotel está cerca del aeropuerto de Santiago de Compostela. En cuanto al servicio, el recepcionista en concreto fue muy poco profesional ante un caso digamos poco habitual, poco profecional y nada respetuoso con el cliente, o sea mi hermana y yo misma.Llegábamos de hacer 28 km desde Arzua pues hicimos el camino de Santiago y agotadas y deseando descansar en nuestra habitación que mi marido había reservado desde Madrid nos dice que sólo ha reservado que no está abonada y hay que pagar, le digo que tiene que haber un malentendido puesto que él me dijo que había dado su número de cuenta y todo, pues no, eso sólo habia servido para RESERVAR, para nada mas. No sabíamos que se pudiera comprar casi todo por internet o por teléfono pero no se puede comprar una noche de hotel,hasta ahí lo puedo entender, lo que no entiendo es la actitud de este señor recepcionista que en ningún momento fue comprensivo y conciliador con nosotras, sino todo lo contrario hasta llegó a decir la expresión "pico y pala", o sea: "os aguantais" por no decir otra cosa más fea que no se puede decir aquí.Me pareció increíble!vaya forma de tratar a dos peregrinas! En fin no sé si era o no gallego..afortundamente el resto de gallegos que nos encontramos eran encantadores.

Llegue a eso de las 10:00 despues de un largo viaje sin dormir.Y sin dormir me quede, ya que oia los gritos de las señoras de la lipieza en el pasillo como si estubieran dentro de mi habitacion y las conversaciones integras de la habitacion de al lado como si solo me separara un biombo. Por el resto todo ok.

Glad to get out of there..

Very noisy until very late from outside bar. Beds are very short and old，you can feel the springs. Door locks did not work，hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Staff did not seem to care much. The only positive is the close proximity to the airport.

albergo trovasi nelle vicinanze aereoporto ed essendo arrivato la sera e' stato molto comodo per il soggiorno
