"I had a good time at the hotel, the only downturn was at the moment that I was trying to leave from the hotel, security guard hold me until they check my room, I called reception before I checked out but they took over 20 minutes to give the security guard the green light. It’s unnecessary to hold a guest for that long, beside that small incident everything was very good!"

Also, I asked the hotel management to repair the non-working lockbox in my room, but they never did.
