Muy decepcionado y molesto, una de las habitaciones no era la reservada y ante mi reclamo la cambiaron, la otra habitacion con la ventana y la puerta del baño deterioradas, la ventana sin seguro y la puerta del baño no habria, cambiaron a otra habitación y al regresar a descansar el piso estaba lleno de agua hasta debajo de las camas, la persona encargada del mantenimiento brillaba por su ausencia, no recomiendo este hotel que en lugar de ser de 3 estrellas, no merece ninguna.

mucho ruido

La habitación toco ventana a calle y había mucho ruidos, adicional te cobran 50 soles por una persona que te visite solo 5 minutos como si se fuera a quedar, la comida del desayuno muy poco no hay variedad, no tienen agua debes comprar agua en recepción que te cuesta 4 soles la personal, no tienen frigobar tampoco, limpio si esta pero no cuenta con los servicios basicos como agua en las habitaciones.

Absolutely No English

The front desk staffs cannot speak even a word of English. They refused the US dollar rate quoted in Expedia and insisted using the exchange rate 1.45, much higher than 1.27 in the street, to calculate the Peru Sol I need to pay. They also don't know how to charge from my Capital One card, as the card has chip. Finally I have to pay cash in Sol, that means I paid $57.09 instead of $50 for 1 night.
