Villa Monica is in an unbeatable location, only 5 minutes' walk from the stylish marina and centre of Cala D'or, as well as its beautiful sandy beach. Its central position ensures a huge choice of places to eat, drink and shop are all at your fingertips. Outside, the villa has a private pool, BBQ and dining space where you can relax after a day exploring the area. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Monica is in a fantastic central location. You'll have the main beach, marina and centre of Cala D'or all within a 5 minute walk. A huge and diverse choice of amenities, including chic seafood restaurants, friendly family bistros and souvenir shops, will all be close at hand. Younger children will also love the mini golf facilities and glass bottom boats, available by the marina! Plus, the Cala D'or Express road train makes exploring the resort really easy. Villa Ferrer is next door.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
