The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the common areas you will find a shared chlorine pool, which has dimensions of 9.5 x 4.5 m and a depth range of between 0.65 and 2.1 m, which will be perfect for cooling off. Around it, there are sun loungers to relax on while sunbathing, a barbecue and a furnished area where you can enjoy preparing delicious grilled dishes. Back at the property, the private terrace will become the perfect space to start the day with a good breakfast or have a drink with your companions at the end of the day. Due to its location in a block of apartments, there are direct neighbors in the apartment.

The bright and modern interior of the apartment is decorated with great care and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The cozy living room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, leads to the kitchen, which has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to rest, there are two beautiful bedrooms, both with double beds. An independent bathroom with shower completes the equipment of the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

This accommodation is located in Cala d'Or, a coastal enclave known for its natural beauty, its Mediterranean charm and its picturesque beaches, including Cala Petita, Cala Ferrera, Cala Esmeralda and Cala Serena. All of them offer soft sands and turquoise waters, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying a refreshing swim. The charming center of Cala d'Or has a characteristic Mediterranean architectural design, with pedestrian streets lined with white Ibizan-style houses, well-kept gardens and squares with stores and restaurants where you can enjoy a wide range of gastronomic offerings. In addition to enjoying the beaches and the charm of the center of Cala d'Or, you can embark on boat trips to explore the magnificent coves and bays in the surrounding area. These boat trips often include stops to swim, snorkel and enjoy the beauty of the Mallorcan coastline.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Please note that the barbecue facilities are for shared use and must be cleaned after use.
- The swimming pool is open from May to October, from 10:00 to 21:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
