And in 2023, we built a new pool. <br><br>Our licence number for tourist rentals in the Balearic Islands is: ETV/2167.<br><br>The holiday home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area. The living area includes seating and a coffee table, a satellite TV, a DVD player, and a CD player, as well as a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed that sleeps up to two people. The dining room is furnished with a dining table and eight chairs. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The two bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as the bedroom on the upper floor, each have two single beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm. This means they can accommodate six people. There is one bathroom on both the ground floor and the upper floor. Each bathroom features a shower, a sink with a mirror and a makeup mirror, counter space, a hair dryer, and a toilet. A space heater is also available in each bathroom. We provide one hand towel and one bath towel per person.<br><br>For use outdoors and at the beach, please bring your own beach towels.<br><br>During your stay, you’ll have access to a rooftop terrace, several sun terraces with lounge chairs and umbrellas, and a private pool. The large patio table between the living room and the pool offers plenty of space and invites you to enjoy the outdoors. Outside, there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water where you can rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. Unfortunately, parking is not available on the property itself. However, since there is very little traffic on the street, you can easily park right in front of the entrance gate.<br><br>For families with small children, we provide two travel cots (70 x 140 cm), two high chairs, and an all-terrain stroller free of charge upon request. The travel cots can be set up in the larger bedroom on the ground floor and in the bedroom upstairs. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room. The house also has Wi-Fi internet access. Data usage is unlimited. Air conditioners are located in the bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen/dining area. During the colder months, the house can be heated using the air conditioners at no extra charge.<br><br>There are several beautiful beaches and swimming coves in the immediate vicinity. The local beach—Cala Llombards—is about a 2-minute drive (about a 10-minute walk) away. <br>In Cala Llombards, there is a hostel with a restaurant (La Vida) and a bar/restaurant (La Torre), as well as a small supermarket where you can get fresh rolls in the morning, among other things. The small supermarket is also open on Sundays.<br>Additional restaurants, shopping options, pharmacies, doctors, etc., can be found in the town of Santanyi, approximately 5 km away.
