"Nice big rooms, amazing staff. Location slightly on the outskirts but awesome anyway . Would stay again. "

"Fantastic staff, beautiful garden, very comfortable bed and hammock, relaxing atmosphere, and friendly dog and ducks. Just be prepared for the 100-parrot alarm clock every 6am as they leave the town square and settle in and around the grounds for a while. (It's actually a great thing to be able to see them up close)."

"Great service, the staff is helpful And super friendly. "

"I didn’t stay at hotel. The hotel misrepresented their location. I chose the hotel because of its location in downtown Leticia; they are not located in downtown Leticia, they are located about 5 miles away from Leticia’s downtown. Anderson, the front desk employee, who also claimed to be the owner, wasn’t understanding about the situation and no help in resolving it either. Luckily, I have family in the country familiar with the city of Leticia, they put me in touch with a local travel agent...

"The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! "

"Great service. Food was ok"

"it is a holyday resort at the edge on the Amazon jungle. keeping in mind this, the resort is spectacular. within the resort there are clean wooden boardwalks and which goes then into silty jungle paths. there are good daytrips available. what you can't expect is hot water in the shower. the 90minute transport from the airport to the resort is well organized and pretty picturesque. "From the moment we arrived, Esteban and Vanessa went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. They picked us up, helped us settle in, and thoughtfully arranged our tours with such care and attention to detail—it felt like staying with close friends rather than at a hotel. Every meal prepared by the staff was delicious, fresh, and made with love. We were always looking forward to what was next! The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained—easily one of the cleanest places...

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Buru Hotel. Everything from the moment you check in is absolutely wonderful. From the owner who is present on the property, to the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. All of our tours were arranged through the hotel and were as expected. We are so glad we chose this ecological hotel, it really made our Amazonian experience so much fun."

"The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken...

"The place is okay but far away from the center transportation may be cost you a little.. also the place don’t refund customers if you change places"
