Hermoso y cómodo apartamento ubicado en una zona residencial en el corazón de Leticia, a dos calles del parque principal. El apartamento tiene 2 habitaciones, un baño remodelado en 2025, cocina, lavadora, nevera, aire acondicionado y ventilador de pared en una habitación y ventiladores en la segunda habitación, sala cómoda y ventilador, terraza con mesa, sillas, hamaca y ventilador de techo agregado en 2025, cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la Amazonia. Contamos con WIFI.
Las habitaciones son amplias , bien iluminadas, una de ellas con amplio armario con varios compartimentos para guardar gran cantidad de ropa de toda la familia. Baño recién remodelado, ventilador de techo y hamaca en la terraza.
Vecindario seguro, bien iluminado donde puede caminar tranquilamente a cualquier hora del día, ubicación central respecto de todos los puntos importantes de la ciudad: restaurantes, agencias turísticas, al puerto fluvial, bares. Cuenta con estacionamiento para moto.
Apartamento bien ventilado con amplias ventanas con mosquitero y puerta ventana grande que permite regular bien la temperatura.
Los electrodomésticos son nuevos por lo que puede gozar de amplia nevera, lavadora, aire acondicionado y ventiladores. Incluido un nuevo ventilador de techo instalado en la agradable terraza.
