O hotel precisa de uma boa reforma. Reservamos 5 quartos, nenhum deles o frigobar funcionou. A recepcionista fez de tudo para nos receber com qualidade, mas o hotel nao ajuda.

O quarto estava muito sujo e quando chegamos a recepcionista num primeiro momento se recusou a nos atender, muito embora a gente tendo chegado com um dia de atraso e, portanto, o quarto já deveria estar pronto há 24 horas.

Wi-fi bom nos quartos, café da manhã razoável! Parece ser uma pousada nova, ainda estão em período de adaptação!! Precisa ter uma recepção, onde todas as informações dos hospedes, sejam arquivadas! Alguém estacionou um veiculo no estacionamento, travando outros veiculos e impedindo esses de sair pela manhã, e ninguém sabia quem era o proprietário! Ficamos mais de 1:30 aguardando e o proprietário do veículo não chegou, precisou juntar umas 10 pessoas para literalmente arrastar esse veículo e retira-lo do lugar onde impedia a passagem! Mas tirando esse probleminha, classifico como razoável a pousada. Localização boa, chuveiro quente, roupas de cama limpa, e boas instalações

Decepcionante

Infelizmente, nossa experiência não foi positiva. Ao chegarmos, nos deparamos com um quarto com o teto rebaixado muito próximo à cama, o que se tornou bastante incômodo, já que somos pessoas altas. Era frequente bater a cabeça ao levantar, deitar ou mesmo ao tentar acessar as malas, o que exigia que ficássemos nos abaixando o tempo todo. Além disso, não havia espelho no quarto e a limpeza deixou a desejar. Também enfrentamos a falta de energia elétrica, o que impossibilitou o banho quente. Nesse momento, não havia nenhum atendente disponível no local para nos auxiliar ou mesmo para relatar o problema. O café da manhã foi outro ponto bastante negativo: encontramos pão mofado, o ovo servido estava frio e o pão de queijo também veio cru. Esperávamos uma experiência mais agradável e estruturada, mas infelizmente não foi o que aconteceu.
