Excelente hotel

Pessoal muito qualificado, hotel bom para crianças, os trabalhadores da recreação são muito bons. Equipe gentil, recepção, limpeza, manutenção, cozinha, todos excelentes. O destaque são as refeições. Porém poderia incluir bebidas alcoólicas, este ponto é uma falha.

The staff is wonderful and some of the best in person customer service you will see in Brazilian hospitality. The food is great as well activities for kids. Pool service is fast and efficient. But rooms need upgrading and towels are super thin.

O TAUÁ Caeté é incrível. Atendimento excelente, ambientes agradáveis quartos confortáveis, resort bem cuidado e organizado, pessoal da recreação supera as expectativas, pensão completa(café, almoço e jantar) com muitas variedades e comidas deliciosas. Feedback: o preço das bebidas(que não está incluso) são exageradamente "caras".

Atendimento fantástico. O único ponto que não gostamos tanto é que o hotel encontrava-se em reforma e barulho de obra ao longo do dia, o que atrapalhou muito o sono de minha filha de 11 meses. Mas adoramos o hotel e iremos voltar futuramente.

Bom, mas mto caro

O hotel é bom, mas achei o custo-benefício não mto bom. Diárias mto caras para o q oferece, especialmente porque não é All Inclusive. Comparado com os resort do nordeste, deixa mto a desejar, inclusive no preço. A comida é mto boa, atende vários gostos. Bebidas apenas no café da manhã. O quarto estava limpo quando chegamos, mas não houve limpeza no dia seguinte e precisamos acionar a recepção para que pelo menos esvaziassem a lixeira e fornecessem itens de banho.

Vale muito a pena!

Fiquei surpresa e encantada com e Infraestrutura do hotel (todas as piscinas são aquecidas... inclusive as externas) e a qualidade do serviço prestado. Vale muito a pena a estadia no Tauá... os recreadores são ótimos (com diversão pra família toda), a qualidade e variedade da comida também... tudo muuuito saboroso e bem apresentado. Funcionários extremamente cordiais e atenciosos. Adorei e voltarei facilmente. Recomendo!
