Misleading Listing at Best

I have rather low expectations when it comes to hotel stays. I'm not terribly picky, but I was so disappointed in this particular stay versus what was promised that I'm writing a review (which I never bother to do). To start, the pictures in this posting are at least 10 years old and the property has not aged well. The dramatic lighting that gives an air of modernity in the lead photo, is broken or at least was never used in the 4 nights that I stayed there. In general, the property is fairly dated and dingy, not at all the bright cheery place that the listing suggests. Furthermore, there are no pools at the actual location, they are located about a 15 minute drive off-site and you must pay a separate admission to access them. It's run by the same company, but it's simply a lie to suggest that it's an amenity related to this hotel. In general, I found this listing to be quite misleading as to the quality of accommodations and available amenities.

o quarto não se parece em nada com as fotos, tem cheiro ruim, mofo e cobertores antigos puro ácaro, o banheiro é sujo com espelho lascado, metais enferrujados e quebrados, é longe do centro, não tem como caminhar para atravessar a Rivera, o café da manhã é o único que salva que é simples mas saboroso, nunca mais me hospedarei. O valor não compensa o quarto, não vale o custo benefício, além da posição na cidade ser ruim.

Quarto espaçoso, camas confortáveis, chuveiro que esquenta bem, ar condicionado e frigobar funcionando perfeitamente. Atendentes muito simpáticos. Ponto desabonador foi a grande presença de mofo no banheiro, acredito que ali seria necessária uma intervenção, não é algo que uma pessoa consiga limpar de um dia para o outro.

Deve ter sido a última experiência com esse hotel.

Colchão da cama de solteiro muito duro. Alguns travesseiros eram dos Flintstones. A pia do banheiro solta, a torneira também, faltou papel higiênico. A TV a cabo pega 3 canais. O estacionamento cobrou valor diferente do informado pelo hotel.

Boa estadia para viagem de compras

Nao vale o custo beneficio

Os banheiros precisam urgentemente de manutenção. No quarto em que fiquei tinha 2 vazamentos e os rejuntes estavam bem encardidos. Alem disso, nao tinha prateleira/suporte dentro do box pra deixar o sabonete e xampu. Fomos em um dia bem frio e o quarto só tinha um cobertor - deixamos o ar condicionado ligado no quente mas demorou pra esquentar o ambiente. O cafe da mamha é bonzinho.

Experiência não muito boa…

Nossa experiência no hotel, não foi muito boa. Os quartos até eram bons, porém, por azar nosso e entendo que problemas como esse podem acontecer, mas, quando chegamos no hotel na recepção já tinham baldes porque o teto estava pingando água, fomos tomar banho não tinha água quente, fui ligar para recepção o interfone não funcionava. Sobre o banho foi informado que água voltaria a aquecer em 20 minutos que o problema que tinha dado era o motivo da recepção estar pingando água literalmente. Ok, saímos do hotel para jantar, quando voltamos a recepção estava TODA pingando agua, funcionários tirando água de rodo, confesso que me passou pela cabeça que o teto pudesse vir abaixo. Mas fora isso, o quarto era bom, café da manhã bom, funcionários atenciosos e o banho depois aqueceu.
