"We always stop to stay here when we drive to Waco from California-it’s our halfway point. Now as we trek back to Cali we arrive here at Embassy again. I can not say enough about your desk clerk Gabrielle. I stepped up to check in and she greeted me with “ Welcome Back!” I was in shock!! It’s been over 2 weeks!!!!! I proceeded with “Thank you so much-how have you been-busy I bet?” Here’s the topper…her next statement…How was your trip to Waco and how are your children?!?! Even as I type this I am still completely utterly blown away!!! Never have I ever had that type of service!!! OMG!!! She needs a promotion and a raise as soon as possible!!! I work in the retail service industry where customer service is top priority over everything else!! You can not possibly afford to lose a valuable employee like Gabrielle. I hope you will share my thoughts with Embassy Suites and that Gabrielle gets a chance to see this!! Thank you so very much Gabrielle for making our family’s last 2 stays extremely exceptional and honestly forever unforgettable. Customer service, like yours, is so extremely rare and truly appreciated. Best wishes in your future career endeavors "
