Santa Teresa di Gallura in Sardinia is an old town on the north of the island renowned for its well-equipped beaches, the great marina and unspoiled nature. The territory has been safeguarded since the 1960s. The villas and apartments of Santa Teresa, independent or in parks and residences, blend harmoniously with the typical landscape coloured by the pink granite and surrounded by the lush Mediterranean scrub.
Just 50 mt from the center of S.Teresa Gallura and 400 mt from the white sandy beach of Rena Bianca.
On three floors (ground, first and basement) the house is as follows: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bed in basement, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room with open-plan kitchen, external veranda with barbecue, washing-machine and Wi-Fi. Our rate includes: supply of bed linen and towels, final cleaning and tourist tax. To be paid on site extra energy consumption € 1.00 per day per person (from 16-year-old).
