"Absolutely unacceptable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff came across as arrogant and completely unprofessional—hardly what you expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. When an issue came up, I had no choice but to escalate it to the manager, and even then, I was treated with a shocking lack of respect. No apology, no accountability—just attitude. As for the rooms, calling them “basic” is generous. They feel outdated, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard this hotel claims to offer. There’s nothing remotely luxurious or even comfortable about the setup. Honestly, this place does not deserve its 4-star rating. It’s overpriced for what it offers, and there are far better hotels nearby that provide much better value for money and, at the very least, treat their guests with basic courtesy. I would not recommend staying here."

"The room was small for 4. Beds blocked the wardrobe. There was a double balcony but the entrance to half of it was blocked by a fake wall. It was noisy, with the balcony overlooking the neighbouring hotel with loud air conditioning units. The pool was nice and there was free parking nearby. It was a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was good but the staff were militant about taking a pastry out if the dining room with me, literally chasing after me to shout at me. "
