I found used tissues under the mattress, trimmed hair around the bathroom sink faucet, and thick dust in the corners of the room on the carpet. Definitely will not visit this one again.

We stay here every year on our way home from Vegas. Never had a bad experience. Last night we were very late checking in. I called to let them know. When we arrived the front desk person that I talked to addressed me by name and said, glad you made it! She was getting ready to get off shift and she had her daughters with her. Both daughters helped us take our luggage to our room!!! I’m pretty sure it’s under new management because lobby used to have jewelry for sale and pottery and all that was gone. Bed was comfy!

The counter employees were helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. However, the keys were incorrectly programmed so that we were locked out of the building in the morning when we were taking our luggage out to the car, and we had to walk around the building.

The staff was very friendly and helpful however the key system at the hotel made it very inconvenient to leave and enter our room and the outdoors. Having a dog traveling with us, we reserved a pet friendly room. Although the room, showing some age and not being super clean, stunk horribly. Without the air conditioning running continuously, the smell in the room would have been unbearable. For the price we paid, I expected more.

The first room we were given had a rug that smelled of urine so strongly, it burned my nose. In addition, the TV didn't work so we asked for another room. The person who helped us was very nice about transferring us to another room. The first thing we noticed about that room was the fact that our shoes stuck to the floor. We couldn't wait to leave.

There is nothing unique. The property on the outside is dirty weeds growing unorganized. I’ve stayed here before maybe about two years ago and this place is much better now it’s kind of dumpy also was given a room that was already used. Had to go back to the office to get a new room.

The key card machine was not working, the room opened with instructions to leave the door ajar when leaving the room. The floor sticky, ice cream in refrigerator, melted, I was told to throw away outside, no effort by staff to remove. Outside trash cans overflowing, also in barbque area. I will not book this hotel again.
