"I needed a safe affordable and enjoyable place to stay for my overnight layover in Port of Spain. The airport ride was quick and easy to arrange and they were thoughtful enough to recommend grabbing some food at the airport while i waited which was perfect. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect. And I enjoyed a fresh sweet treat thr hosts offered, picked from the trees in the property. I spent the day relaxing by the pool, laying in the hammock, enjoying a light breakfast and coffee and walking the grounds. I was tired from my adventurous Dominican trip so this was the perfect vacation from my vacation so i will arrive fresh and rested tonight. Highly recommend."

"The business facility was not appropriate since there were mold in the bathroom ceiling and leak in the bathroom sink. There was a cracked in the wall above the TV, there were not hot water for 3 days, the second day there was not chef so no breakfast, the room did not have phone, they claimed it was on repairs for years. The staff was very nice but the above mentioned was unacceptable."

"Very basic amenities. Found the food at on site restaurant to be good but very pricey. Sleeping in a bit late was not a luxury as cleaning staff talks very loudly."

"The rooms were not sound proof enough to not hear the connecting room activity by other guests and also the surrounding area outdoor as there was a lot of loud music to be heard emanating from outside."

"The room was in good condition.However, it was not the room that I was promised through the website. When I booked the room, it showed two beds side by side in an open space. When we arrived, we entered into a room that had two separate spaces with one king bed and one area and a queen bed in another.That is not what I ask for or paid for however, when I spoke to the person at the desk, they told me that is what I paid for. Expedia showed has a quad deluxe room as a triple standard room. I don't think that's fair for the patrons to see one thing.And get something else. Overall, we made the best of our trip. The room was still nice, so we stayed there for the remainder of our trip."
