The Gulf Place community is home to the world's most beautiful white sand beaches on the emerald coast. No hassles, just relax. This condo features a Top Floor balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico! With a king in the master bedroom, an enclosed twin bunk room in the hallway, and a cozy sleeper in the living area, this lovely condo sleeps up to 6 guests. Take a short stroll right across the street to the beach, relax on your top floor balcony, or check out some of the amenities and attractions at Gulf Place. Come have the vacation of a lifetime at Gulf Place Getaway!

Situated in the heart of Gulf Place: a convenient coastal community in Santa Rosa that features 3 pools (two seasonally heated), hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffle boards, BBQ grilling areas, large outdoor amphitheater, walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and BEACH access directly across the street! A few steps away you will find an abundance of  shops and dining options at Gulf Place. In addition to great food and drinks, Gulf Place Town Center offers lots of live music and table-side fire pits on cooler nights. The Gulf Place Cabanas building is in the middle of it all! Explore the neighborhood or take a dip in the beautiful community pool and hot tub.

The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its own distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay. The location is perfect, right across the street from three beach access walkways. Can see the water and the sunset from the balcony! Pool was heated, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had the basic essentials. Pecan Jack’s for ice cream was right down the block, and lots of food options were nearby. We loved it!

Great Location and Convenience

We loved the property location and the size of the balcony and view were great. We were also glad its was on the top floor because we could hear some of the neighbors below us, we couldn’t imagine how bad the noise would be if we were not on the top floor. The furniture could be a little better quality and be refreshed, it was definitely low end “rental” furniture. Overall a great value to be on 30a.

Family vacation at Gulf Place

We had a wonderful time at the Cabanas at Gulf Place. The location cannot be beat! My husband, me, and our two kids fit comfortably in this unit. We were tight on space to put our luggage but got creative with using the closet and top bunk for storage. The unit could use fresh paint and linens as a simple freshen up. The view made this unit perfect! Biggest downfall (as shared with the property mgrs) was construction outside our door. We were notified the day we arrived and made nap time for the kids tricky.

Wonderful place to vacation

We loved staying here this past week and we didnt want to leave. This is a very good location and the view from the balcony of the ocean was awesome. This place has all the amenties you need and we really liked the fact that it was very close to Destin. Wonderful bike paths so bring your bike if you like to ride. We will definately stay here again!

Great Condo

My wife and I had a great time at the condo in Santa Rosa. We frequent the area often and were not disappointed by our lodging at all. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the 4th level balcony, and the condo was plenty spacious enough for just the two of us with additional room to spare.

Great Place to Stay!

My family recently stayed at this lovely condo. It was everything the owner said it would be and more. We loved the location! You are close to Destin, Seaside and many other great little beach towns. We enjoyed our stay in this fourth floor unit. View was awesome and beach access is steps from the condo. The bunk area with its own half bath was perfect for our teenagers. Gulf Place is a unique community and we enjoyed strolling the area each evening.

Gulf Place cabanas #410 is an excellent location. Great water view from the deck and easy walk to the beach and shopping areas. A great choice for a couple or family with 2 kids. We would use this one again with no reservations.

Santa Rosa Beach retreat

Lovely unit, lovely area. Beautiful view. Just a bit disappointed the unit doesn't include basic cable, no live football during bowl season and missed the World Cup finals on a cold December weekend at the beach.

Perfect Location And View

This is our second time staying at this property. We love being in Gulf Place. Shopping, eating, and beach within a very short walk. The balcony has a great view of the water. It is so nice having 1.5 baths. The Management Company is great to work with. Love that you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect location

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The property is well kept and decorated very well. The view from the balcony was so nice to wake up to each morning. The property is quiet and private beach access makes for a relaxing time at the beach with no crowds. We loved the convenience of the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Cathy was very sweet and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and Conveniently Located

The condo was just the right size for us. The place was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The balcony offered a lovely view of the gulf. We were able to rent bikes just steps from the condo and walk to good restaurants. We cycled to both state parks and hiked each day. We were able to cycle to Seaside and Black Bear bakery in Grayton Beach. It was a wonderful week. Cathy made everything very easy!

Enjoyed the ocean view on patio, full-size fridge with ice maker and beach chairs. Would’ve liked to had a guaranteed parking place. Gulf Place hosts events and takes the parking for the units. Overall Enjoyed location close to Easy drive to seaside, Panama City & Sandestin/Destin for any entertainment needed.
