Great waterfront location, stunning oceanfront views, with one king bedroom, one queen 2nd-floor bedroom, twin bunks, and two full bathrooms!

Palma is completely renovated with lovely styling and details throughout. With more square footage, Palma is one of the larger units on the top floor of the beloved Eastern Shores condominium in Seagrove.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a blender, wine opener, toaster, coffee pot, and all cooking utensils.

Santa Rosa Perfection!

Perfection is the best way to describe our stay. The location is amazing with a private beach steps away. It was very family friendly and quiet. Close to shops and restaurants but out of the spring break craziness! We will be staying again!

PALMA is perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at PALMA. It is the perfect beach front condo. The unit was renovated beautifully and the location cannot be beat. It is rare to find an affordable rental that is actually steps to the beach. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers and it was roomy and comfortable for us. I hope to rent this unit again one day!

FANTASTIC!

Fantastic property. Very clean, furnishing and beds are top notch and comfortable. LOVE the decor, it is so beachy. Will stay again and try the other properties in this portfolio. Parking is a little tight, but on the condo on the beach and the views make up for it.

2024 Beach trip

This place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, nice location, and easy access to the beach which was not cluttered at all since our section was private. We had 6 people including 4 teenagers and we had plenty of room in this condo. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location Fun beach decor

Love this location right on the beach! Beach area not crowded, close enough to bike to Seaside. Condo was very cute - beach decor was well done. It is a third floor level with vaulted ceilings making it feel very spacious. Furniture etc in very good condition. We have stayed many condos in this area and this one is my favorite!

Nice unit, beautiful views, great beach access, but lots of stairs to get to the third floor. For a unit that has beds for 6, dining seating & dishes (glass ware specifically) was limited. Comfortable. quiet, clean & as described.

Best Vacation spot for little family

This place was perfect for our little family of 3! We loved the location, parking, and ease to get to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again! The owner was great to work with! Thank you for a wonderful place to call home for a few days! My 2 year old son kept saying “I love our new house!”

Great Beach Vacation

Beautiful condo, short walk to the beach, well managed, very comfortable, proximity to shopping and fine restaurants. What more is there!! Will definitely return. Jack & Dianne Krause PS Visited Seacrest Wolf Preserve ( Refer their website) which is about an hour away.

Cozy property. Did not realize it was on the third floor. No elevator. Had to climb two flights of stairs with luggage weighing over 50 pounds! It was ridiculous. Wished the table in the kitchen was wider and had regular chairs instead of the stools. Great location. Would stay at this property again but in the first floor.

What a view!

We were 5 sister-friends escaping after the holidays for a 4 night weekend of R&R. The minute we walked in we were taken aback by the stunning view. We were a bit surprised that the unit was on the 3rd floor, only accessible by stairs, however, the unit itself was so nicely appointed and serene it was worth the extra effort to climb the stairs.Unit was well-equipped with lots of thoughtful amenities included and plenty of room for us all to spread out and be comfortable. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, accompanied by the soothing sound of the surf - what’s not to love! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect!!

This Vrbo is EXACTLY how it looks in the pics! Spectacular beach view, fun and literally STEPS to the beach! The view you cannot beat - I promise you that! My husband and I went with our 22 yr old daughter on Spring Break. It was just perfect for all of us. She had her own space and we had ours. And extra beds to boot :) The balcony is great - we spent more time on the balcony than inside. Most importantly, I am semi OCD and this place was extremely clean - everywhere! Practically Sleeping in the Ocean!

Azul is a beautiful, comfortable condo located just a short distance off 30A in Seagrove. We were a little worried about the distance to the other beach areas like Seaside, Alys and Rosemary, but honestly it was a non-issue. It was very quick to get to all those places. And, it turns out that Seagrove is a better location if you want a quiet time. The view was incredible and beach access could not be easier, literally just a few steps to and from the condo. We enjoyed lovely sunsets right on the large patio and this is a corner unit so you get a larger view! Being so close to 30A, but not right along it, provided for easy access to everything quickly while still feeling set back a little from the hustle of the main road. We did not have a car, only a golf cart (which you cannot park on the property, but we found close parking and enjoyed the short walk to the cart for extra exercise.) Everything you need is in the condo and the modern flair you see in the photos is very charming in person. I promise, you will not want to leave! We will definitely be back again.

Beautifully updated with perfect location

We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary with our annual beach trip to the area and this ranks among our top places to stay. The owner did a beautiful update to the condo using modern finishes with touches to a nautical theme. Everything was so tastefully done. We always stay directly on the beach and this location was spot on. The beach was not crowded at all, even for a holiday weekend. If you wake early enough, you can even set up your beach chairs in the spot of your choosing, rather than behind the rental companies at larger resorts/ towns. We ate every lunch on the balcony overlooking the beach and fought over who got to swing in the chair. It was so comfy that I want one for home. One question I always have regarding a rental is the quality of mattress and bed linens. Both were completely adequate for a week at the beach. My children also loved their bunk beds. It was such a nice touch to have a door to close off to the sleeping area from the living area. I had initially been afraid we’d disturb sleeping children with just having hall bunks, but this was not the case thanks to that door. The only negative I can come up with for the whole condo is the living room rug was quite dingy. Due to the type of rug, I imagine it’s difficult to clean and possibly even difficult to vacuum. My children’s feet would become soiled when playing on it, as we typically do not wear shoes indoor in an effort to keep all the sand out. However it was a small issue for an otherwise ideal beach condo. Lastly, I truly appreciated that this condo allowed access to cleaning necessities. I found myself sweeping daily and cleaning fingerprints off the coffee table and dining room chairs. Clearly not necessarily, but it seems most condo owners have cleaning goods locked away and it was a nice bonus to be able to clean up after ourselves. We will definitely consider returning to this, or the larger unit, owned by this party!
