Location is perfect, just steps from Watercolor beach club. Communication with the host was always quick. Unit is perfect for 4 people, just keep in mind that upstair bedroom tends to be warmer than the rest of the unit. Overall was an awesome stay and we want to come back next summer .

Great Watercolor vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is the perfect size for this family of 4. Plenty of room to spread out and give everyone their own space. Our only minor comment is that the upstairs bedroom gets quite warm, which is somewhat expected for a third floor condo, but the single vent doesn’t completely cool the room. Fans are provided, and there is a ceiling fan, but there are warm spots in the room that never fully cool, especially during a hot day. Other than that, which was by no means a deal breaker, the condo is perfect.
