Great place and location

Not a single complaint. Just one suggestion for the management company. It lists the bikes a couple blocks up the road under a different name and that was apparently outdated information. Had us looking all over when in fact the bikes were right outside the front door. Other than that we loved the home.

Great location, nice and clean place

A nice condo. Well kept, great location. Definitely recommended. Only suggestion is supplementing loft a/c as it can warm up there.

One of our favorite trips!

Our family had the best time staying in this beautiful condo in Watercolor! The location was perfect -- walking distance to so many things, including the beach and Seaside! Also, SO clean! And stocked with everything you need! Our kids loved the loft area! This was one of our favorite trips!

Amazing!

The condo is precious. The decor is perfect! Light, bright and fresh. The location was the best. We were a short walking distance to EVERYTHING. We were supplied with 2 bikes and because we have 2 kids we rented 2 more. The bikes were perfect for getting to the lake, grocery store and shops. We did not have to rent a car. We Ubered if we needed to but only had to do that a couple of times. I highly recommend this condo. It fit my family perfectly. It was me, my husband and our 15 yr old twins very comfortably. The best part is that it is directly across the street from the Watercolor Beach Club so we could walk to the beach in 5 minutes, have sundowners, eat lunch, swim at pool. The condo is also directly next door to Scratch bakery which has an amazing breakfast. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Seaside Circle where shops, restaurants and food trucks are. I highly recommend staying here. We loved it so much and will definitely be back.

Watercolor spring break

Great condo for Watercolor. Our second time to watercolor and was for a long weekend. Just had 2 of our kids so felt like a house was a bit much and this condo was perfect for what we needed. One nice bedroom + a loft for our daughters. 2 bathrooms which is key. Nice kitchen stocked with enough stuff for making light breakfast after a Publix run. Definitely a great location - coffee, restaurants shopping downstairs, a short walk across the street to the beach and pool club, short walk to downtown seaside. Bike ride to Camp watercolor pool and the tennis courts which we used one day. 2 bikes provided with the unit plus we rented 2 more that were delivered in advance. Really nice stay and we'd recommend this unit to others.
