Many new updates to this great condo, located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. All new furniture throughout and the Kitchen with all new appliances make this property a great beach vacation value! This ground floor condo comfortably sleeps four with a King bed in the master and Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Balcony off the living room overlooks the manicured courtyard grounds.

Affordability with great amenities: two swimming pools (heated in March and April subject to temperature), shuffleboard, tennis courts, children's sandy play area, clubhouse, and common grilling areas and laundry facility. Only a short stroll, approximately 125 yards across Scenic Highway 30A from the sugar sand beach, this community offers easy beach access with two walkways, and restaurants, seafood market and shopping within walking/bicycling distance.

First Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

*Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March to mid-April.
