Beachwood Villas 1st Floor 2 Bed 2 Bath, 12G by Main Pool

Just steps to the pool, this 2-bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor unit has a queen bed in the master bedroom, a 2nd queen in the guest bedroom and built in bunk beds in the living room. The kitchen has been renovated and provides stackable washer dryer as well.

Walking distance to Cafe 30A (Fine Dining) , Angelinas Italian (one of our favorites), Goatfeathers (A must do if you like shrimp) and more!
There is a public beach access conveniently located across the street for a leisurely walk to the beautiful white sand and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Beachwood Villas also has 2 pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis courts, shuffleboard and an outside play area for the kiddo's!

Long Weekend at the Beach

We had a great stay in the Beachwood Villas. Arrival was a snap...the unit was clean and well appointed. Its a quick easy walk to the beach and the property manager could not have been more helpful...all in all, we enjoyed our brief getaway and highly recommend this unit for others.

Great Family Vacation

The Condo is clean and very nice. Plenty of room for our family of 4. A short walk to a great beach that is very peaceful. Right next this unit there are 2 pools, shuffle board, Cornhole, and Tennis/Pickleball courts. Very nice and quiet neighborhood for families. We would not hesitate to book this property for our next beach vacation.

30A Vacay

We had a wonderful time on our trip. The condo was so cute and had everything we needed. The cleaning crew had not done a great job, but the owner was very quick to respond and great to deal with. We loved being right by the pool and less than 5 minutes walk from the door to the beach. Beachwood Villas is convenient to everything, including groceries. We would definitely stay here again!

Good stay but not clean or kept up

Good location and space for what we needed, but not clean. The door didn’t seem to lock. Many of the dishes and cups were dirty. There were crumbs and trash left on the ground. I asked the hosts for WiFi info, but never heard back from them.

Great place for a family

We really enjoy that location is away from the hustle and bustle of PCB and having a PUBLIX so close allows us to eat as a family in our room each night. Very short walk to the most beautiful beach and a short walk from from shops and ice cream.

Great Location

Location was close to the beach, convenient and large enough for a party of 3. The windows in the bedrooms could use a good cleaning, moldy around the window frames. I did contact the owner and the option offered to me was to get a refund or relocate but since I had family coming I opted to stay. I would hope a good window cleaning would be done regularly. Overall I enjoyed the stay and unit.
