Exceptional quality, style, and fun describes this fabulous vacation home located in beautiful Seagrove Beach, this home is just the place to spend your next stay on 30A. 'Beachful Easy Feeling' has the best of both worlds with an expansive backyard and private pool but also is just 500 ft away from the beach access! Soak up the sun by the pool or play yard games for family competition! With a first and second floor covered porch there is plenty of space to stay out of the sun if needed and additionally there is a second floor sunning porch with views of the pool. Outdoor space was not spared at this beach vacation rental! 

The main living spaces are located on the second level of this home and include a cozy living room that is open to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen table on this level can seat up to 6 guests and 3 bar-stools, there is seating for 9 guests. The kitchen has updated appliances and ample counter space for all your cooking needs as well as an air fryer! There is a fun kids bunk room on the second floor that sleeps four guests in two twin over twin bunks. The queen size guest room is on the second level, there is a hall way bathroom with a single sink and shower/tub combo. The outside staircase takes you down to the first level of the house which serves as a second living space complete with a living room and full size kitchen! This is the perfect space to prep pool side snacks. There is a guest bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom complete with a single vanity and walk in shower. There is also one bunk room on the first floor and is a full over full bunk and another bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo. Once on the second level of the home a set of stairs takes you to the third floor which has a has the master suite complete with a king size bed, small balcony, and en suite with a single sink and a glass enclosed shower. 

Hop on the bikes and cruise all over 30A, the charming Seaside is just 1 mile away! There is ample parking for four vehicles. Cable TV is included throughout the home so you never have to miss your favorite shows or games! You will not want to miss the vacation of a lifetime at 'Beachful Easy Feeling'!

Important Things to Know:
1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes but can be purchased at check out or obtained independently.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX only.
3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Complete Linen Program. All linens laundered including duvets after every checkout. 
5) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.  
6) There is an active camera to the right of the entrance door near the staircase.
7) Golf Cart is Included -  a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest.
8) Please note there is no internal staircase - you must use the outdoor staircase to get from the first level to the second.
9) There is no cable services - streaming services only.
