Quartos são antigos (mobiliário, banheiro, janela, ar condicionado, frigobar), sem luxo, pedimos troca de quarto e fomos para um com colchão melhor mas ainda com algumas questões, como vazamento no banheiro. "When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."
