Infelizmente, a experiência não foi muito boa. Quarto muito velho, precisando reforma urgente. Roupa de cama encardida. Não tivemos condição de tomar banho... área do box bem ruim. Deu até medo. Banheiro muito apertado. Café da manhã razoável. Já o atendimento muito bom. O pessoal muito educado e gentil. Estacionamento na frente do hotel ...sem cobertura , porém, isso não foi problema. Próximo à rodovia...fácil acesso. Mas, não ficaríamos novamente.

Petfriendly e gentileza.

Já nos hospedamos outras vezes e notei falta de manutenção em alguns itens, como a porta do banheiro empenada, rejuntes com mofo, prateleira do box enferrujada, cortina do quarto soltando e emperrada. Os funcionários são gentis, café da manhã estava gostoso, chuveiro com boa ducha, pet friendly. Limpeza também ok.

Estadia decepcionante

Chegamos para o check in por volta de 17 horas e não tinha quarto disponível. O hotel estava super lotado, com check out atrasados. Fizeram a limpeza de um quarto, às pressas, para podermos entrar. O banheiro com a limpeza deixando muitoooo a desejar. O hotel todo estava precisando de uma boa limpeza. No geral, todo o hotel, precisando de mais cuidado. Roupas de cama muito velhas, colchões tbem com muito tempo de uso (pudemos ver nos corredores), o banheiro, como já dito, precisando de um olhar mais cuidadoso, uma faxina geral, principalmente dentro do box, um nojo.

E um hotel bom para passar um final de semana, mas precisa de uma boa reforma no quartos. Na parte da limpeza os banheiros fica bem a desejar. No café da manhã as frutas não estão boas e o suco é artificial que na minha há opinião teria quer ser natural, pois tudo que artificial faz mal. Na recepção o atendimento sai ótimos.

Assustador!!!

Quando voltamos do jantar e entramos no quarto e acendemos a luz, vimos que o chão do quarto estava cheio de BARATAS, saia do móvel atrás da cama, liguei para a recepção e falaram que iam subir, mas não foram, descemos e reclamamos, nos deram outra quarto, mas a viagem acabou ali!!! Vimos que no corredor havia baratas mortas como na foto, realmente a limpeza está horrível e perdeu a qualidade.
