"A very nice quiet location not far from the beach area and lots of restaurants. The hotel has 4 very nice pools although 1 of them is only a plunge pool on a roof top. Rooms were comfortable with all the facilities you'd expect, although the decor is minimalist and clean. The breakfast was comprehensive with a wide choice of foods. Another coffee maker would help to avoid significant delay at busy times. The main pool also has a bar with a food menu. The selection is perfectly adequate for lunch...

"Reception staff were the brilliant so helpful and friendly always went the extra mile for every request we had. Entertainment was excellent and on throughout our stay 8 days don't know were they get the energy from kids loved it big credit with all staff to hotel Big bonus if you have kids is the astro turf the safest hotel I have stayed in for kids falling all others in Santa ponsa have large steps an uneven steps. Will be back again next year look forward to meeting all the staff again thank...

"Mixed thoughts really .. The all inclusive is very limiting. There’s just one restaurant which is very much quantity over quality. The included drinks are not the best, so we ended spending more to get brand names. Okay for a cheap family week, but not really a couples hotel. Staff lovely. Big rooms with nice balconies. "

"Shows are amazing. Every evening they have entertainment , kids are amazed they want come back again. Buffet is small, not too much choice for an adults but for children is perfect, staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. "

"Food: it was delicious with a lot of options and different buffet each day but if you don't eat pork you will have limited options in the breakfast. Room: it was quite remote with a lot of stairs and the furniture looks very old with uncomfortable mattress. The hotel was very clean and the two pools were perfect. The nearby beach is sandy and good for relaxing. People was very friendly especially Jamie in the receiption."
