I have stayed at Alannia several times. Again this time the Habanna bungalow was spotless. It has all you need. Heating, towels, comfortable bed (extra blankets if needed), tv with 4 english channels with a kettle on request. Staff are super friendly and helpful and I enjoy staying here even off season

There was nothing we didn't like. our visit wasn't for a holiday and it was short so we didn't get chance to enjoy the facilities. But we will certainly be back soon.

i have stayed in many haunted locations in england. But this place has literally left me scared to sleep at night. i moved from one of the bungalows to another chalet. same thing. it was awful. i could not sleep and was literally haunted to the point of being quite scared. i will never return here ever again in my life. I can imagine alot and i mean alot of old people have died here due to the age of the 3000 caravan residents. i will never go back to this place ever again in my life !

Las instalaciones fenomenales, pero el personal con alguna excepción no está a la altura del alojamiento. El personal que atiende el desayuno, en general es desagradable, sobre todo la persona que parece la encargada. En el restaurante tuvieron un muy feo detalle ya que íbamos con tres niños y un bebé y a pesar de que estaba cayendo el diluvio universal al haber llegado 5 minutos tarde no tuvieron la deferencia de ofrecer algo de cenar, nos dijeron que nos fuéramos a algún pueblo, esto último es textual. Creo que el personal debería estar a la altura de las instalaciones o al menos atender amablemente.

Las instalaciones son estupendas, pero la atención del personal, salvo honrosas excepciones, es lamentable. El día de llegada, con alerta amarilla por tormentas, nos facilitaron mal el horario de la cafetería, en la que nos dijeron que podíamos tomar algo de cena hasta las 23:30. Llegamos a las 22:36 y nos negaron cualquier cosa de comer, incluso fría, aunque estaban saliendo platos de la cocina. Lo peor es que viéndonos con un bebé de un año y que diluviaba, ni tan siquiera nos ayudaron con algo de información sobre a qué pueblo nos podíamos dirigir. Es solo un ejemplo de la muy mala atención que hemos recibido por parte del personal.

Pour pas dormir.......le bon endroit

Nous connaissons bien Alania et rn simmes toubours satisfait mais la nous sommes tombes avec des voisins egoistes et bruillant musique chant cris...etc....a n importa quelle heure...il serai souhaitable de faire respecter la tranquilite des vacanciers...meme avec les tampons doreille j ai mal dormi......et il a fallu supporter leurs cris et chants........
