Enjoy a worry-free trip! When you book more than 5 nights, we offer you free transfer from the airport to our building on the day of your arrival. Ideal for you and your luggage. Start your vacation on the right foot!

Located in a quiet area of ​​Playa Salguero, close to the airport and the Historic Center of Santa Marta, our complex offers private access to a supervised beach. Some of the amenities include:

- 3 swimming pools and 7 jacuzzis on the 19th floor.
- 3 new swimming pools and 3 jacuzzis on the first floor.
- Living rooms with comfortable furniture.
- Bar on the first floor
- Bar and barbecue on the covered terrace.
- Golf on the 19th floor.
- Synthetic 5-seater soccer field.
- Gym
- Restaurant on the 18th floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped: It has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, electric juicer, set of pots and complete tableware.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people (adults and children). The rooms are:

- Master Bedroom: King bed, sofa bed, private bathroom, air conditioning and 75" TV.
- Auxiliary Room 1: Double bed, private bathroom, fan and 43" TV.
- Auxiliary Room 2: Queen bed, shared bathroom, air conditioning and 50" TV.
- Auxiliary Room 3: Queen bed, shared bathroom, air conditioning and 50" TV.

We provide beach towels.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available. Please avoid bringing in sandy clothing and do not wash heavy items such as tennis shoes or briefcases.

PARKING:
The apartment has an assigned parking space on the second floor (236), but for greater convenience, we recommend using the visitor parking on the first floor.

**IMPORTANT**
Upon arrival at the building, you must register in the lobby and pay the $55,000 COP bracelet (U$$ 13), a requirement of the building to access all common areas and amenities. Remember that this payment is one-time for each person over 9 years old and covers the entire stay.
