"A truly excellent hotel in terms of value for money, service, cleanliness, decor and transport links. It's a two star, but I suspect if it had a lift it would rank higher. There are only three floors in total and there was a stair lift, if needed, for suitcases etc. The owner is a lovely, friendly and helpful lady and the hotel is directly opposite the train station for Assisi with frequent buses to the old town. I would highly recommend thus hotel. "

"We stayed at Casa Mancia for one night, while walking on the Via Di Francisco. It's a nice hotel, beds were comfortable, it was clean, bathroom was nice. We had a simple, but tasty (nice cakes) breakfast in price. I'd say it's a nice place to stay especially if you've got a car. For us - it was a bit far from the city centre (over 20 mins by foot), but still we were happy with our stay in all regards."

"It is a boutique hotel in a converted old Italian palazzo. The facilities are excellent but in the room there was not even a kettle to make coffee, there was a mini refrigerator with two cans of soda. However, the unforgivable thing is that the Wi-Fi connection did not work inside the room and they use an open network that is not secure.
