The staff are lovely. Really enjoy the Niru Beach Club. Breakfast buffet is good. Dinner buffet is limited. Stayed in the “Select” room for 4 nights with King bed. I wouldn’t pay the extra again. Unless you drink a lot of liquor, not worth it. Pool at Binniguenda needs some tlc.

Holiday Inn Huatulco by IHG
The Holiday Inn in Santa Cruz/Huatulco is a very nice hotel. Rooms are good size, and daily housekeeping service. Walk-in shower. Free parking in the underground garage. Resturant serves good food, open from 7am to 10 pm. Staff were very friendly but few speak English. All in all an excellent hotel. ...

Everything about the property is great. Beach access. Room beds are great. Views if you get the right rooms are amazing. Staff is very friendly. Only downfall is the elevators. Hotel Castillo Huatulco & Beach Club
The room was very clean, service was great, food was good. The beach club was very good with a pool and great lunch availability. The ocean at the beach club is not swimmable due to permanent red flags for rip tide. We had a great time.
