It is a totally new building located in the best residential area of Huatulco, located at the corner of the main boulevard towards the main beaches, near the city´s downtown, still in an exclusive residential area.

We couldn’t sleep in the master bedroom because of the barking dogs. Very sparse kitchen but not an issue. No working BBQ. We loved the deck and the location. Pool very small but useable.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay .Jorge (Property Manager)is very quick to respond to any requests or problems, in saying that we found that the cleanliness is not to our standards and Informed Jorge that his maids are not doing a good job cleaning ! As we have stayed at many different condo’s in Huatulco and found the maids do outstanding cleaning. The condo was just like the pictures and kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable but could use a bedspread or light blanket.I also suggested numbers on doors of condo for delivery etc I have informed Jorge of our observations and he assured me he would look into . I trust his word and already rebooked for next winter at Palmus De Chahue . It is the best location ! Walking distance to beach , La Crucecita and Santa Cruz and 3 min walk to Chredui major grocery store.
