There was absolutely no interaction with the host. Questions from August were not answered requesting info on an additional guest joining us for a week.(is there an additional charge, is it allowed) We therefore assumed (incorrectly) that this was allowed and were charged once our friend arrived. We were upgraded on arrival and two days later moved. The cooking kitchen facilities were ridiculously understocked with one small pot and a frying pan. We reached out to our host three additional times once at the facility with no replies. There was no mention of additional charges for hydro and water until we arrived. Disappointing!

Renting was easy. Checkin and out a breeze. Very friendly staff
