Surf-Friendly Penthouse – Ocean Views, 3-Min Walk to the Beach

Located in the boutique Bocana Beach Vistas development, this boho-chic condo brings modern comfort to Huatulco’s vibrant surfer beach zone—an unbeatable choice for summer surf-season stays. As part of the My Huatulco Holiday Collection, Bocana Beach Vista B3 is destined to become a guest favourite!

Inside, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms and an open-concept kitchen and living area, all framed by panoramic ocean views and opening onto a private covered terrace. Don’t miss the shared rooftop terrace, where you can soak up the surf-side atmosphere from the pool, loungers, and al fresco dining table. When you’re ready to recharge, head to the on-site fitness room, equipped with weights and cardio machines—an uncommon perk in this enclave.

Just steps—via charming cobblestone lanes—to La Bocana beach, you’re in the heart of an organically evolving surf community. Join a surf school, indulge in a healing mud bath or beachside massage, and sample oceanside restaurants and bars. Be sure to drop into Casa Bocana restaurant and bar mere paces from your door for refreshing cocktails and fresh ceviche. The laid-back, feel‑good energy here will enhance every moment of your stay.

This condo is outfitted for true beachside living: whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen and stream tunes through the Bluetooth sound system; pack a picnic with the provided cooler and indoor/outdoor tableware for a day on the sand; and glide into summer waves with beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards ready for your use.
